BREAKING: Karen Read Trial Verdict Announced

The jury in the Karen Read trial found Karen Read not guilty on the charges of 2nd-degree murder and manslaughter. The jury did find her guilty of the charge of driving while intoxicated.

This was the second trial for Read, who was charged with hitting her Massachusetts police officer boyfriend, John O’Keefe, with her vehicle and killing him. Her first trial ended in a mistrial.
